My name is Blake Lawrence.

I am an American expat who has embraced living overseas since 2019. What’s not to love? I’ve had the opportunity to travel to several countries and become more open minded. I started my journey in China in 2024. China is a huge country with many different landscapes and several ethnic groups. China is a country that has constant negative coverage in the West. However, many people are curious about China, how life is like, and what it has to offer. On this blog I will show my experiences in China, as well as talking about several things that are related to travel, expat lifestyle and China.
